Each member will get two 1 on 1 sessions per week.

​

We will work on 1 to 3 movement projects over a span of 2 months, as well as your personal fitness or rehab goals.

​

Month 1 is dedicated to developing the specific strength, mobility and conditioning necessary for our projects.

​

Month 2 is dedicated to the development of the skill(s).
